Suffolk Christmas Trees
Welcome to Edwardstone Christmas Trees, a small family run business supplying superb fresh cut Christmas trees to both wholesale and the general public over the festive period.
We offer a fun way for the whole family to choose the perfect Christmas tree while it is still growing out in the fields.
We set about planting some deciduous woodland on land behind our cottage 13 years ago, using Christmas trees to provide shelter for the small sapplings. As the woodland began growing up we started selling the Christmas trees at the gate. It proved so popular that in 2004 we started a separate plantation of Christmas trees which now exceeds 5000 trees ranging from 2ft - 25ft.
Why choose us
Unlike Christmas trees you will find in large retailers which are cut as early as October, all our trees are left growing in the field until you are ready to come and collect them. This ensures that you will have a fresh, healthy tree which will hold its needles throughout the festive period. We will cut your tree for you, net it and even help you get it into your car for you!
How we work
We have 14 acres of woodland behind our house where the whole family (including pets!) are free to wander and find the perfect Christmas tree for your home. If you prefer not to take your tree home until nearer Christmas, we will provide you with a label to reserve your chosen tree. If you let us know when you are coming to collect it we will cut it down on the day and have it ready and waiting for you. Please be aware that the ground can get muddy at this time of year, so wellington boots are advisable!
We also have a selection of freshly cut trees in a variety of sizes ready at the gate for if you prefer not head out into the field.
All our trees are sold per foot and measured after being cut down. Prices
We are unable to dig up Christmas trees for you, however if you would like to take a tree home complete with roots we will be happy to provide a shovel!
